When it comes to being a successful network marketing company many insiders will tell you - it’s all about the comp plan. Network marketing requires enthusiasm and duplicity in order to take off like wildfire and that is exactly what Kiiera is positioned to do. Enthusiasm is build within an organization in several ways - enthusiasm with the product, enthusiasm with the company leadership and vision - but one thing outshines all the others - the comp plan!

I challenge you to point out a top earning network marketer who doesn’t thoroughly understand his companies comp plan - they just don’t exist. That’s because the top earners understand every little detail of their comp plan and how to maximize it. They know that the quicker they can get their people making money, the more they will be able to quickly grow their organization.

Duplication is a lot easier to talk about than to achieve, but rest assured, the very successful 7 figure earners in this industry know it well. Duplication is the process wherein you are able to bring new people into your organization, retain them, train them and see them be able to duplicate your effectiveness. This is something that the leadership of Kiiera recognized from the beginning and took the time necessary to get it right when they designed the comp plan for Kiiera.

The company knew the basic model that they would use - a unilevel binary. Binary comp plans have been proven in network marketing to be highly successful, of that there is no doubt. But Kiiera wanted to make it better, refine it, find ways to help people just getting started. This is where things get interesting. The company knows that duplication is vital to the growth of the company and what better way to stimulate growth than to create incentives for people just getting started with the company to allow them to be successful quickly. Kiiera management knew that it needed to make the basic binary type plan much more successful for the average salesperson. They have created various bonuses designed to pay out early to new people in the organization. In fact, the veterans will not be eligible for these bonuses - that is how they will maximize the bonus pool for the new affiliates. They also come up with some early advancement bonuses and the ability to even make money on your “large” leg in the binary.

The main purpose of all of these extra bonuses in the comp plan is to get new affiliates making $300 to $500 a month quickly. Most people looking to start a home based business are looking to make that extra $500 a month, so these numbers are critical. Obviously Kiiera is in touch with the market and knows what is necessary to get their company on the fast track to growth and expansion.
